How do you test organic and non organic food for things like vitamins, pottasium, protein etc..?

For a science fair project I am trying to see whether there is actually a big difference between organic and non organic food. I need to do an experiment though , and I was wondering if it’s possible for test for those things yourself.

  1. organic o says:

you don’t know what organic is. It’s not vitamins, potassium, protein etc but whether the food item has any pesticide chemicals etc. You didn’t know what to test for….
