My husband also has a lot of chemical sensitivities. We mainly use vinegar and baking soda to clean everything. I am so happy to hear that you are no longer eating anything with chemicals but you are right.. it’s not just that.. our body absorbs chemicals too through breathing and through our skin. After doing research online to try to find a fragrance free shampoo I learned that there is no need for shampoos and conditioners.. If you stop using them eventually your hair will no longer get greasy.. It becomes greasy only because the shampoo is stripping your hair of natural oils so the scalp then works harder to create more oils. In the beginning we used a baking soda mixture for shampoo and an Apple cider vinegar mixture for conditioner. (you can find this online) My daughters and I have personally not used shampoo in over a month and my hair feels more healthy than ever and is not greasy at all. We use olive oil soap by ‘Kiss my face’ for our bodies. There are many other wonderful natural body washes out there. One more thing I would like to introduce you to.. http://www.vollara.com/norella the products and technology is absolutely amazing and I think it would be very beneficial to your health.

Best wishes for a healthier you,
    Chris
