Other Than Allergy Medicine and Moving to a different city, Is their any way to get rid of Hay Fever?

Question by PZ¥CH☆ KλM!KΛZ3™: Other Than Allergy Medicine and Moving to a different city, Is their any way to get rid of Hay Fever?
Every morning when I wake up, my nose is stuffed. I have trouble breathing, at least until I take my allergy medicine? What would you recommend I do?

make sure it’s ‘hayfever”, may need nasal steroids.. I like Vicks Vapoinhaler, or Afrin for immediate relief. of course, original Sudafed, the one you need to show ID for helps w congestion, any allergy to pillow, foam/feathers? Maybe need a humidifier? warm salt water rinses, Neilmed sinus rinse/ Walmart, 1-2 x a day, very effective.. get skin tested… could be occupational allergies, they have testing panels for that, too.

Nasal rinse is definitely good, as is the nose spray.

Talk to your allergist about allergy shots. They can “cure” an allergy.
