For a science fair project I am trying to see whether there is actually a big difference between organic and non organic food. I need to do an experiment though , and I was wondering if it’s possible for test for those things yourself.
Any solutions besides converting completely over to organic food? Is this common, or am I having an unusual reaction?

What would be some reasons about why resolving the world food crisis would come first before organic foods?
With these tough times, which would be more important — buy organic food and conventional household products (paper goods, cleaners, etc.) OR buy organic/environmental safe household products and conventional / non organic food goods.
